First of all, our diet has a great influence on our heart health. We need to pay attention to what we eat. Correct diet means that we need to learn about nutrition and diet and change it correctly. Otherwise, lots of other deficiencies will lead to various health issues.

In order to improve your diet for heart diseases, here are some recommendations; Eliminate fatty foods, Red meat, unhealthy carb snack such as chips, pretzels,…replace them with High fiber foods such as fresh vegetables, cereal, fruits, pink salmon, healthy snacks( raw nuts, almonds, seeds). Avoids consuming stimulants such as coffee that contain caffeine. studies show that coffee increases stress hormone in the body, putting coffee drinkers at greater risk of heart disease. Avoid tobacco, alcohol, sugar, butter, processed foods, soft drinks, white bread, and white flour products. Finally, our diet role has to be considered for heart disease prevention.

The next part of a healthy lifestyle is maintaining an active routine. Routine activity means we need to exercise regularly. In other words, activity habits such as regular jogging, bicycling, regular aerobic exercise that increases heartbeat are some of the best examples to prevent heart diseases. Doing correct exercise is important to prevent injuries. Certainly, going to the gym to start exercising is one of the best steps to learn the correct exercise routine. Once you learn correct exercise and practice it regularly it becomes a habit. For this purpose, exercise is one of the best healthy habits that keeps the heart healthy and happy. 

Another part of a healthy lifestyle is a positive attitude. Thinking positive and keeping the mind under control is a kind of great skill that comes with regular practice. Actually, there is a connection between depressive thoughts and heart diseases. For example, when we think negatively over time it becomes our min’s habit. Negative thoughts lead to sad emotions.
