Question 1: What is your typical procedure for working with a new client?

A comprehensive analysis of your current health situation to find out what your needs are. According to your evaluation results, you will receive recommendations, instructions, and coaching with follow-up sessions.

1) The first session is comprehensive assessment session.  Analysis of using lifestyle Mapping, Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire including your physical, mental components, diet, and environment. The assessments evaluation includes:

** Heavy metal toxicity assessment ( Aluminum, cadmium, lead, Mercury toxicity)

**Leaky Gut appraisal, Yeast overgrowth ( candida) Appraisal, Toxic Bowel Appraisal

** Iridology Eye Analysis and Iris Reading

** Feet and Hand Reflexology, Zone Charts

** Aura Reading and Chakra healing

2) The second session is the most important one. According to your individualized health evaluation, you will receive holistic health guidance with recommendation and instructions.

Our health consultation goal is to review and adjust the holistic health plan to help you achieve your well-being objectives.

3) Follow up coaching sessions depends on the client’s health condition. We can schedule a monthly follow up sessions for checking the results and feel how your lifestyle change made a difference in your well-being.

2- How did I get started yoga and holistic health practice?

I got my bachelor degree in public health back in 1999. Public health is about diseases prevention. Actually, I found a yogic lifestyle as one of the best practice that is non-harming prevents diseases. Therefore, I tried to follow the yogic path and natural health lifestyle. I studied and practiced what I have been learning over time.  I think its the time now to teach people and let them feel the healing effects of the natural way of lifestyle that I have learned and experienced.

3: What education or training you have that relates to your work?

I have been teaching yoga since 2004 and I am an experienced yoga therapist who teaches Therapeutic Yoga postures plus relaxation and meditation. I have a degree as a Doctor of Traditional Naturopathy and got my certification as a board-certified holistic health counselor from the American Council of Holistic Medicine. 

Do you have a standard pricing system?

Pricing depends on the needs of the clients and the length of each session. My goal is evaluating correctly and guide her/ his through effective solutions. I believe When my client is satisfied with holistic health service and can feel the positive change, she/ he can put a value on it. Honestly, most of my clients appreciate what they get from my holistic health service and wish they could find me earlier.

What types of students have you worked with? I have taught classes to different age groups. Honestly, I have worked with small kids ( 3 years old ) till 80 years old. Actually, I have taught yoga classes to the kids ( itsy bitsy yoga) and had therapeutic yoga sessions for an 80 years old client.  Yoga is for every age. The sooner we practice, the better results we will get. 

What advise you give to a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

I believe Knowledge and experience both together complete each other. If you find a teacher you like, follow her/him all the way to the end. Persistence can make a big difference. If you have the patience to practice what we teach you, you will reach your optimum health and well-being. 

What should students consider before talking to a teacher about their needs?

Self-awareness is the first step. Know yourself and find out what your needs are. Then, look for the best available options. Before trying everything, choose the option that is non-harming and more natural. The younger you are,  the more effective is the natural way of lifestyle. holistic health heals the whole and is non-harming and more effective.
