Avoid fried foods
Choose grilled, steamed, broiled, or lightly sauteed foods instead. Animal fat, fried foods and dairy products clog your arteries and are the major cause of most health problems: obesity, cholesterol, heart conditions, cancer, arteriosclerosis, etc. Use good fats like vegetable oils, cold pressed virgin olive oil, flaxseed oil, avocado and almond oil.

Avoid using sugar or low calorie sugar substitutes
Switch to Stevia. Stevia comes in a powder or liquid form. It has no calories, helps your pancreas and is a natural product made from the chrysanthemum flower.

Let go of sodas and coffee!
Sodas are either full of sugar or artificial sweetener. When you want something sweet, try juices like peach and watermelon. Or have a piece of fruit like an apple or an orange. These foods are naturally sweet and refreshing. Your body will appreciate the energy from these foods. As a coffee replacement use My Whey made out of goat’s milk whey. When we say drink all day…
That included water, lemon water, herbal teas, juices, power drinks, etc. Drink half your weight in ounces of liquids per day. For example, if you weigh 100 pounds, you would drink 50 ounces of liquid each day. This is not only water, but all the liquids mentioned above.
